Section 28/2A had a real, chilling effect on free speech, as do the abuse of laws designed to tackle defamation. But I suppose it is only us 'political correctness' sorts who want to restrict free speech, eh?

I wish more people had the nerve to stand against the tide of political correctness which threatens to engulf us. Were I the monarch, I would have bestowed upon Mr Souter a knighthood for his gallant move to try to protect children in Scottish schools from the propaganda of self-interest groups trying to add to their ranks.

Hi calling all organisations and Youth Groups, if you have information that
you want to get to young people, the Rec Fest is a fantastic opportunity to
do so, we are extending an invite to you to come along and join in on a fun
but informative day, your knowledge and information you can supply is vital,
for young people living in Rural and different areas this would be a great
learning curve, so come and share the day with us.. It is also a great
opportunity to network with different youth organisations and groups to
share ideas, to find out what is out there and how we can help young people
together to make a more productive Scotland.

All groups are welcome regardless of which area you live in.

Also looking for performers ( Bands, Dancers, Magic, Comedy any contribution
will be considered) all can apply it will be allocated on a first come first
served Basis.

True -but if the population of Scotland agreed with the "collapse" analysis the SNP would not be at 35% for Holyrood with the Lib Dems scarcely in the teens.

As a LibDem perhaps you will find it easier to agree that the issue of the SPT (dominated by Labour) is likely to reveal mismanagement (at best) much worse than anything to do with "Lunchgate" or "Fraudgate".
